\u201cTaste of Memory” plays an important role not only in health, but also in formation of personal identities, including people\u2019s lifestyle and ways of thinking.
\nI would like to realize well-being through food by providing “recipe collections of Taste of Memory” for many people to reflect on themselves.<\/p>\n

I have been challenging to make people experience that food creates human identity as many as possible through studying about food and deliciousness (nutrition and food culture), since I was a student with this in mind, I joined the company last year and applied for the company’s new business program.
