Crowdfunding for practical training in the primary industry
Due to a declining birthrate and an aging population, there is a lack of successors to take over the primary industries, which is causing the primary industries to decline. By crowdfunding practical training, we aim to pass on know-how and match people with successors.
The primary industry is essential to our daily lives, and I feel it would be a shame to lose the production and management know-how that primary industry workers have cultivated. I believe that if we can solve this problem, we will create a happier society.
