Vu Lam is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development expert with more than 20 years of experience across the marketing communications, technology, and learning industries.

Over the past nine years, he has coached leaders and teams from organizations including Google, Meta, TikTok, Bloomberg, and EssilorLuxottica, helping them strengthen leadership effectiveness, accelerate growth, and drive meaningful impact.

Previously, Vu served as APAC Lead for Sales Enablement and Learning at Meta, where he led the design and implementation of globally adopted learning strategies and sales enablement programs.

Vu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

Based in Japan, he provides executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation support to leaders and teams across the Asia-Pacific region. He is also the CEO of Founders’ Coaching Pause, a leadership development program for startup founders across Southeast Asia.

Vu is the author of Forty, Fired & Fabulous, a memoir about reinvention and navigating major life transitions. He is currently writing his second book on Japan’s akiya culture and the stories hidden within abandoned homes.
